A 6-MONTH PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP
For education and organizational leaders who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through the role and start leading with steadiness, clarity, and real support.
For education and organizational leaders carrying the real emotional and strategic weight of leading people.
YOU DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THIS
You're a strong leader...
So why does it feel like you're barely holding on?
You're competent. You care. You work harder than almost anyone around you. And yet there's this persistent gap between who you know yourself to be and how you're actually showing up — under pressure, in the hard conversations, at the end of a very long week.
The role keeps expanding. The emotional weight keeps accumulating. And somewhere in the middle of managing everyone else, you stopped having a clear sense of what you actually need.
You're not cut out for something less. You're just carrying something that was never meant to be carried alone.
"You're not cut out for something less."
You're carrying something that was never meant to be carried alone.
The patterns beneath the surface shape everything...how you respond under pressure, how you hold your team, how you recover after a hard week.
This is leadership, rebuilt from the ground up.
This is leadership, rebuilt from the ground up.
THE APPROACH
Coaching that holds
the strategy and the root.
Before you can lead a team well, you have to know how to lead yourself including your reactions, your patterns, the parts of you that show up under pressure. Together, we build all three: leadership of self, leadership of your team and culture, and the strategy and structure to hold it all.

This isn’t a curriculum you move through. It’s six months of 1:1 coaching, built around what’s actually happening in your leadership — not what a module schedule says should be happening this week. No one else is in the room. No one else’s problems are on the agenda. Just you, what you’re carrying, and the support to carry it differently.

ABOUT MAGGIE
A leadership coach who has been in the room where it's heavy.
Maggie Riley knows what it means to carry the weight of a role that never fully turns off — the responsibility for people, for culture, for decisions that ripple out in ways you can't always predict.

Her coaching approach is rooted in both practical leadership strategy and the deeper self-awareness work that most leadership development programs leave out. Because how you lead has everything to do with who you are — and both deserve honest attention.

Questions leaders
usually ask first
Is this therapy?
No. This is leadership coaching — which means our work is focused on your professional role, your leadership patterns, and the real challenges you're navigating in your organization. We may explore how your personal history shows up in your leadership, but this is a forward-focused coaching relationship, not a therapeutic one.
I'm already stretched thin — how do I add one more thing to my plate?
This isn’t one more thing. It’s the thing that makes everything else lighter. Most leaders tell me the relief starts in the first session, not six months from now — because for the first time, someone else is holding part of the weight with them.
What if I'm in the middle of a leadership crisis right now?
That's often exactly when this work matters most. The consultation conversation is a good place to share what's happening and explore whether this coaching container is the right fit for where you are right now.
What kinds of leaders do you work with?
Principals, district leaders, directors, executives, nonprofit leaders, and high-level team managers who are responsible for people, culture, communication, and hard decisions. Education leadership is a primary focus, but leaders across sectors have found this work meaningful.
What if I don't know exactly what I need help with — I just know something feels off?
That’s actually the most common way people start. You don’t need a clear diagnosis to begin. Part of the work together is figuring out what’s really going on underneath the feeling — that’s not a prerequisite for coaching, it is the coaching.
Can my organization invest in this for me or another leader?
Yes. School districts, nonprofits, companies, and leadership teams can invest in this coaching container for one or more leaders. Reach out through the consultation form and note that you're exploring organizational investment.
What if I've done coaching before and it didn't really change anything?
A lot of coaching stays at the surface — strategy without depth, or affirmation without real change. This is built differently: we hold the strategy and the root cause work together, and it’s shaped around what’s actually happening in your leadership, not a fixed curriculum everyone moves through the same way.
What happens if something urgent comes up between sessions?
Email me. You have access to me during business hours for the full six months — this isn’t limited to your scheduled calls.
What it costs to keep going like this...
Here’s what I’ve seen, again and again, in leaders who keep white-knuckling it alone: it doesn’t stay the same. It gets quieter, and then it gets heavier.

The exhaustion stops feeling like a rough patch and starts feeling like your baseline. The self-doubt you used to push past on a hard day starts showing up on the easy ones too. You get smaller in rooms where you used to take up space; not because you have less to offer, but because you’re tired of justifying your seat at the table.

And maybe the most expensive cost of all: you stop believing your leadership is good for the world. Not because it stopped being true. Because no one’s been reminding you, and you’ve been too depleted to remind yourself.

None of that is inevitable. It’s just what happens when capable people keep carrying too much, for too long, without anyone in their corner.
You don’t have to find out how this goes if you wait another year.
Steady, strategic support
between high-stakes decisions.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONE
If anything you’ve read here feels familiar — the exhaustion that’s become your baseline, the decisions you’re making without anyone to talk them through with, the sense that you’re leading from your most depleted self instead of your most grounded one — let’s talk.
Book a free 30-minute consultation call. We’ll talk about what’s actually going on in your leadership right now, and whether this kind of partnership is the right next step for you.
No pressure, no script. Just a conversation about what real support could look like for you.
Applications open for a limited number of leaders each season.
